I'm the rock
Still and stiff
Standing up straight
I'm still
Showing no emotion
I'm a rock
Hard as coal
Never breaking
Never ending
I'm a pearl on the inside
Outside
I'm a hard layer of earth and dirt
But it just who I am
I can't change
I can't help it
Mustn't look back in the past
I am what I am
can't help that
But I'm a rock
Showing no emotion
Stiff and proud
Beaming on the inside
